  • Participate in Gap Analysis, feasibility studies, root cause & solution analysis, manufacturing support and documentation

  • Create & Maintain test recipes, programs & methodology for Power Modules

  • Perform Development & Improvement engineering duties as required within his job scope

  • Good Product/Test equipment (Testers & Handlers) knowledge Power packaging is essential specifically to high Voltage/Current, AC/DC, switching regulators, rectifiers, chargers, power suppliers etc.

  • Strong working knowledge of test programming, statistical tolerance analysis techniques for Testing to ensure test efficiency and eliminate any escapees or errors in testing.

  • JMP experience would be a plus along with MSA and GRR knowledge.

  • Familiarity with SPEA test system and Pentamaster handler would be an advantage.

  • Test hardware development experience.

  • Experience transferring development test programs and hardware to mass production.

  • Experience in power module end of line testing would also be a plus (up to 15 kV, 2 kA).

  • Ensure that appropriate documentations are correct and in place. Complies with the proper operating procedures and specifications

  • Participate in the training of other engineers or personnel within his/her area of expertise

  • Performs other functions from time to time as may be assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Masters/PHD preferably in Electronics Engineering

  • At least 10 years of experience in same/related field

  • Programming and computer skills is an added advantage
