Here’s the Gist:
We are seeking a Head of Corporate Marketing to join the External Affairs team in a newly created role reporting to the VP of External Affairs. The person in this role will be responsible for helping develop, execute and manage effective strategies and campaigns to build the Wolfspeed corporate brand profile and reputation. The primary responsibility includes managing external brand vendors that algin to our brand profile.
Day-to-Day
- Oversee and execute on external corporate marketing initiatives including corporate brand positioning, relevant research initiatives and overall branding strategy to elevate and advance the company’s reputation as a global semiconductor powerhouse for silicon carbide.
- Build the external corporate brand road map and direct the implementation/governance of master corporate brand strategy, aligning the business activities to the corporate brand through integrated marketing and communications strategies.
- Align the external master corporate business and brand strategy with effective communications through a variety of paid and owned media.
- Oversee external social media strategy, own and manage a comprehensive content/campaign calendar, supervising the response to community members and the creation and distribution of live content at trade shows and events, executive social media, and enterprise-wide social media content development.
- Enforce adherence to corporate brand guidelines for marketing materials (print, digital, social, etc).
- Ensure the brand footprint is strategically enhanced by overseeing external initiatives such as sponsorships, partnerships and awards.
- Work with both internal and external agency clients/partners.
- Contribute to the development of Corporate Marketing plans and special projects planning.
- Leverage digital measurement tools and supervises the management of campaign performance.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, communications or a related field.
- 12 + years of experience running integrated campaigns and social platforms.
- Prior demonstrated experience in brand building advertising from media planning and buying, to creative development, to execution and measurement.
