• Fabricate demonstration units for showing the merit of SiC power products
• Debug, test and document the reference design for SiC Power products;
Requirements:
• A passion for power systems, power devices;
• To be graduated with Master degree in Power electronics;
• Prior experience in switching power supply.
• Good understanding of power circuit topologies, and circuit designing skills;
• Written English.
Highly preferred skills and certifications:
• Experience on digital controlled high frequency power converters
