  • Provides leadership and direction for assigned Program/Project.

  • Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed.

  • Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh

  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.

  • Proven capabilities & knowledge of Program/Project management in the semiconductor industry especially with Automotive Customers is preferred.

  • Good Management, Communication, Relationship & Team building skills are essential.

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course or Materials Science/Physics

  • At least 10 years of experience in same/related field especially in Program/ Project Management

  • Knowledge semiconductor OSAT backend process, NPI, QA systems & equipment is an advantage.

  • Proficient Managerial and computer skills
