Here’s the Gist:

This position is responsible for overseeing a team who own and implement product, supply, customer, and supplier configurations at the core of our ERP system. With a transition to SAP underway, there is a great opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and system experts to design processes for efficiency and scalability. This individual must be a self-motivated leader and will work closely with other members of the planning, production, and engineering teams.

The Day-to-Day

Guide optimization efforts in cooperation with the enterprise systems team external consultants
Optimize workflows in collaboration with engineering, production and finance stakeholders
Drive common solutions across business teams
Establish, publish and communicate processes
Develop the necessary talent within the team to deliver prompt and accurate setups
Derive audits and reporting that ensure data integrity
Ensure revision control to streamline part numbering yet maintain production controls
Implement Product Lifecycle Management

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other Engineering field.
3-5 years of experience leading a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
SAP experience, especially within the SAP modules that encompass data governance and product life cycle management.
This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-starter with strong personal work ethic.
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Preferred Qualifications:

Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience
Demonstrated strong business acumen and end-to-end supply chain knowledge
Experience across multiple aspects of the supply chain, i.e. with previous roles in inventory management, manufacturing planning, backlog
Comfortable analyzing large and unrefined data sets
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
