Senior Account Manager, France – Semiconductor Products
Wolfspeed is looking to add a Account Manager (South region) for Semiconductor Products including SiC Power, ideally based in France (remotely).
Wolfspeed is expanding the Semiconductor based sales support that will be strategic for company future growth. Our company is leading the SiC based market segment, thanks to a wide product portfolio and more than 35 years track record on it. The candidate we are looking for will be part of a growing world class team to drive continued success in our core markets and help shape the future of high power SiC applications.
This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the assigned areas and region, expand customers base as well as qualify Wolfspeed products in new projects.
The Account Manager (France) will get the technical support from the local FAE responsible for the same region.
Meet and exceed Wolfspeed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets
Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies
Qualify opportunity and determine if there is a fit for SiC power
Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production
Build solid relationship with strategic customers and key distribution partners
Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for Wolfs
Cross functional Automotive Account Management activity on South EMEA Automotive accounts in cooperation with Vertical Automotive Sales Organization.
Five (5) or more years of experience in Sales of electronic components, preferably with semiconductors products
Proven negotiation skills and success (through reference)
Experience in handling large RFQs and Customer projects
Fundamental knowledge of different semiconductors devices; Diodes, MOSFETs and power RF
Analytic and a team player
Good knowledge of Automotive Italian customers and market dynamics
Aerospace and Defense market and customer’s knowledge
Ability to travel frequently to customers
Fluent communication skills in French and English; Spanish is a plus
Strong Motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business enviroments
Salesforce.com skills is a plus
