Sales Account Manager, EMEA South-Eastern + Israel – Power Products
Wolfspeed is looking to add an Account Manager (South region) for Power Semiconductor Products, based in Italy (remotely) ideally center-north regions.

Summary:
This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the assigned areas and region.
The Account Manager (Italy) will get the technical support from the local FAE responsible for the same region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed Wolfspeed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
- Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies.
- Qualify opportunity and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices.
- Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production.
- Build solid relationship with strategic customers and key distribution partners.
- Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for Wolfspeed.
- Cross functional Automotive Account Management activity on South EMEA Automotive accounts in cooperation with Vertical Automotive Sales Organization.
Requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Sales of electronic components, preferably with semiconductors products.
- Proven negotiation skills and success (through reference).
- Experience in handling large RFQs and Customer projects.
- Fundamental knowledge of different semiconductors devices; Diodes, MOSFETs and power RF.
- Analytic and team player mindset
- Good knowledge of South-Eastern customers and market dynamics
- Ability to travel frequently to customers, exhibition and support jointly distributors event
- Fluent communication skills in English – Turkish/Spanish is a plus.
- Strong Motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business environments
- Salesforce.com skills is a plus
