Here’s the Gist:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple rep.
You will work a 12-hour night shift or day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. Technicians working 12-hour shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility.
The Day-to-Day:
Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others.
Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing.
Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center. Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook. The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time.
Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
