Here’s the Gist:
This engineer will drive continuous improvement in the Global Epitaxy department through the installation of equipment and design of modifications. They will own multiple projects at one time and be responsible for the management of the projects. They will own MOCVD reactors, support equipment, and other manufacturing equipment. They will be responsible for tracking critical metrics and improving those metrics.
The Day-to-Day:
Work a Monday-Friday Schedule and occasional weekend on call.
Manage capital expansion projects from budgeting to installation to production.
Own continuous improvement projects aimed at improving yield, throughput, uptime, and safety.
Run multiple projects concurrently with little supervision
Own toolsets and be responsible for tracking and improving critical metrics for uptime
Mechanical, electrical, networking, computer, coding, PLC, vacuum, toxic gas troubleshooting
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
Safety first mindset
Experience with wet etch semiconductor equipment
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
Good organizational and communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work in a team setting while taking ownership of tasks and projects.
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
