Here’s the Gist:

Understanding the in and out of IT Manufacturing Systems and processes and semiconductor Fab and device assembly. Lead the system integration and implementation projects. Help to provide roadmap for changes and enhancements to support critical manufacturing challenges around MES, SPC, CMMS, planning and scheduling solutions. Participate and engage in modern smart factory and industry 4.0 solutioning and technical design and implementation projects.

Participate in defining the problems, gathering requirements and to provide functional design documents, test scripts and overseeing the entire project Lifecyle. Take the ownership and proactively identify needs, gather data and information, form teams and provide proposals to implement changes to support upcoming growth.

The Day-to-Day:

Be the SME on MES process and related ecosystems in manufacturing systems, manufacturing 4.0 and digital transformation.
Understand the business, requirements, manufacturing processes for the test, probe and dice in backend area and to become SME for design, change and improvements around Semi MES and related integrations with variety of systems and ERP
Be a leader and proactively communicate the needs and follow actions to achieve robust manufacturing process end to end.
Provide or help to obtain design documents as part of functional designs and architectural integrations to feed the development team or work with external vendors to implement a solution from A-Z.
Help to manage the enterprise application roadmaps and change control with project management skills.
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle and confirms program operation by conducting tests; communication with developers and SME on each milestone. Updating the business stakeholders on each step of the project.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; update the team with the best in class technologies.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)

Minimum 5 years of experience working as Solution Architect, Programmer Analyst, System Analyst or related engineering fields in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Proficient experience with MES, manufacturing and production flows and have been the lead on an enterprise solution implementation.
Experience working with other major manufacturing systems such as SPC, CMMS, Planning, Quality and ERP, MRP, planning and scheduling systems.
Experience and understanding the automation control systems, EI, material handling systems.
Be familiar with Project Management skills or mindset to complete and report the milestones to the team and stakeholders periodically in agile format.
Proficient in using SQL codes to help analyzing data independently.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial engineering or any other engineering, or related field.
