Here’s the Gist:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing IT-related aspects of the new factory in Siler City, NC. You will ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet the stakeholder needs.
The Day-to-Day:
- Work with IT teams, site functional groups, and construction management partners to develop plans to implement infrastructure and services at the new factory site.
- Actively communicate and follow up to assure plan execution on a timely basis with good quality.
- Overcome roadblocks related to resource and schedule conflicts. Adjust quickly to changes in the environment.
- Take a hands-on approach to overseeing and facilitating efforts of internal groups and external partners. Gather first-hand observations of progress and respond accordingly.
- Lead and manage manufacturing systems projects of varying scale, connecting functional specifications, technical requirements, and business justifications.
- Initiate and support the coordination and communication of projects across the Business Unit, including KPIs, resource allocation, dependencies, and deliverables.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s degree in an Information-related field
- 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years of experience in a Project Management role
- Experience building and modifying site IT infrastructure
- Experience resolving issues related to IT solution implementation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
