Here’s the Gist : You will be part of a strong cross-functional team that has a focus on new products. You will work with industry leading SiC technology for Power MOSFETS and Schottky diodes. The Day-to-Day :

  • Provide sustaining engineering support for reliability stress platforms such as preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
  • Design, build, and qualify new reliability stress platforms for additional capability and capacity.
  • Design new fixtures, stress boards, and adaptors for stress testing devices.
  • Interact and communicate with external vendors for quotes, repairs and the purchase of new equipment
  • Train and mentor test engineers and technicians in Reliability Lab
  • Work with testing team, R and D, and Application teams to develop and improve reliability stress platforms.
  • Support development and improvement of IT infrastructure tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, SQL DB, and electronic travelers.
  • Develop and improve documented procedures for existing and new reliability stress platforms.
  • Continual improvement of equipment and lab space such as safety, 5S, ergonomics, and efficient use of space.
  • Support new CAPEX equipment purchases.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 10+ years of related experience.
  • Must have solid skills in electrical and electronic equipment builds including reading schematic diagrams and integrating hardware and software.
  • 1 year of Programming Experience in computer automated instrumentation control.
  • Functional understanding of general data acquisition, test equipment and semiconductor operation.
  • General understanding of device functionality of MOSFETS and Schottky Diodes.
  • General knowledge of Reliability stress tests including TC, THB, and High Temperature Bias Stressing.
  • This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
