Here’s the Gist:
We are seeking a talented and driven Corporate Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing strategies that strengthen our brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing and communication initiatives. Your efforts will help elevate our corporate reputation and foster positive stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns, thought leadership content, social media content and analyze metrics to inform our marketing efforts.
The Day-to-Day
Support the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance Wolfspeed’s reputation within the industry and across key stakeholder groups.
Create and manage high-quality content that communicates our brand values and key messages across various channels, including social media, websites, and corporate publications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and effectively supports corporate initiatives and goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify brand positioning opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to promote awareness of our brand guidelines and ensure adherence in all company communications.
Project-manage various corporate marketing tasks to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand messaging.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple brand-focused projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry or technology sector is a plus.
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
