We are looking for an EMEA Distribution Head to lead and scale our distribution business across EMEA, with a primary focus on Germany and Central Europe (DACH region).

Summary

As the EMEA Distribution Head, you will own and lead Wolfspeed’s distribution strategy and execution across EMEA, operating in a highly proactive, aggressive, and execution‑driven manner to accelerate growth through channel partners. Your mission is to create demand, scale strategic distributor relationships, and drive disciplined execution that converts strategy into measurable results.

This role requires strong leadership, regional ownership, and the ability to operate with urgency and agility in complex, competitive markets—particularly within Germany and Central Europe, which will serve as the growth anchor for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA distribution strategy, with clear emphasis on Germany, Central Europe, and the broader DACH region, to drive demand creation, revenue growth, and market share expansion
  • Lead and influence distributor executive teams and branch‑level organizations to ensure strong alignment, prioritization, and execution
  • Serve as the regional owner and expert for distribution business across EMEA, setting clear expectations, operating cadence, and performance benchmarks
  • Drive speed and rigor in execution, ensuring initiatives move rapidly from strategy to results
  • Lead demand‑creation efforts, including design‑in activity, pipeline development, and distributor‑driven customer engagement
  • Set, manage, and overachieve regional revenue and demand‑creation targets
  • Provide accurate, timely forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure inventory strategies support growth and customer demand
  • Champion and execute channel marketing and enablement programs with measurable ROI
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, new customers, and shifts in market dynamics across EMEA
  • Proactively manage and resolve channel conflicts, execution gaps, and performance issues
  • Act as a key interface to senior Wolfspeed leadership, translating regional market insights into actionable strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Distribution leadership, preferably in semiconductor or high‑technology markets
  • Proven track record of driving demand creation and scaling distribution performance in complex regions
  • Strong experience leading or influencing Germany / Central Europe / DACH markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline; experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior‑level internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trust‑based relationships, and operate effectively in fast‑changing environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA and globally as required
