Here’s the Gist:
Wolfspeed is seeking a BIM, Standards & Document Control Program Lead to join the Facilities Business Operations team. This role provides enterprise leadership for BIM execution, digital delivery standards, construction technology platforms, and document control across Wolfspeed’s global semiconductor facilities portfolio.

This position serves as the owner and administrator of Wolfspeed’s BIM standards, Common Data Environment (CDE), and construction platforms—including Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and Procore—ensuring consistent, high‑quality digital delivery from early design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align digital workflows, data governance, and model‑based execution with Wolfspeed’s rapid global expansion.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Own and govern Wolfspeed Facilities enterprise BIM, digital delivery, and document control standards, ensuring consistent execution across global facilities and capital projects.
  • Serve as system owner and administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, including project configuration, permissions, workflows, data standards, and lifecycle governance.
  • Serve as Procore platform administrator, aligning system configuration, access controls, and integrations with construction, project controls, and facilities stakeholders.
  • Establish, administer, and continuously improve the Common Data Environment (CDE) and Document Control Program, ensuring version control, auditability, traceability, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), digital delivery requirements, and handover criteria across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Oversee multi‑discipline BIM model coordination, including federation, clash detection governance, issue management, and coordination reporting.
  • Lead space management and space optimization standards across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for MEP BIM model development, ensuring models are fit for construction, turnover, and facilities operations.
  • Act as the primary interface with external A/E firms, EPCs, and construction partners on digital delivery, BIM standards, systems usage, and data quality expectations.
  • Lead digital acceptance and data handover at project close‑out, ensuring models, documentation, and metadata are complete, accurate, and usable by facilities and operations teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve construction technology ecosystem performance, scalability, and alignment with Wolfspeed’s global growth strategy.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in CSA, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BIM Designer, BIM Lead, or Project Lead on complex facilities or capital construction programs.
  • Proven experience administering BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar construction digital platforms.
  • Strong background in document control programs, CDE governance, and project data management.
  • Ability to produce 2D documentation directly from 3D authoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Archicad, SketchUp, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Plant 3D (preferred) and/or Aveva E3D.
  • Experience with MEP layout, ISO drawings, or the ability to interpret complex MEP documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
