CT Tech Aide - Part Time - Variable Shift
Department: CAT SCAN - MVHS
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the department manager, the Department Aide-CT Scan performs duties involved with a variety of operational and technical procedures.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Files and charts medical reports and related material
- Assigns the proper patient consent form
- Assists in locating patient files
- Transports patients to and from the Imaging Department
- Helps maintain the equipment
- Maintain record keeping and filing system
- Delivers radiographs to radiologists or physicians
- Perform other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED:
- Medical terminology
